Stay in this state for at least 20 seconds and then return to normal.
With this yoga asana, your stomach gets thinner and your waist and legs get stronger. To do this, lie down on your stomach on the ground and then hold the toes with your hands above the waist. Stay in this position for 15 to 20 seconds.
